Most of Greek mythology and the son of Medusa and the sea god Poseidon.
The mythological hero Balerphon restrained Pegasus with a golden bridle
which he received from Athena and rode on in the battle against the chimera monster.
As an homage to Pegasus, the cutting board was mostly made of gilded dark wood.
